Complete oil-water separators

The JORC oil-water separators were developed for a wide range of compressed air applications – from small systems up to 2 m³/min to large systems up to 70 m³/min. They ensure efficient and reliable oil condensate separation, regardless of the lubricant or drainage system used. High-performance filter elements made of specially treated polypropylene and a carbon polisher ensure high separation performance and constant filtration efficiency. Installation and maintenance are particularly easy thanks to the robust brass connectors. The popular SEPREMIUM series combines modern adsorption technology with oil-absorbing elements and offers reliable performance for flow rates of 2-70 m³/min.

The PURO-CT and SEPREMIUM replacement elements from JORC have been developed for a wide range of applications. Their specially treated fibers maximize adsorption performance and ensure high filtration efficiency. The multi-stage design allows for easy maintenance and reliable operation. For added convenience, the service packs include a protective clothing kit and easy-to-maintain lifting handles.

Activated carbon elements

The activated carbon elements from JORC offer a reliable solution for the effective separation of oil and water in compressed air systems. With high-quality nets and fillings, they guarantee a high adsorption capacity and a long service life. Optionally available protective clothing kits and service-friendly lifting handles facilitate maintenance and replacement of the elements. These replacement elements are compatible with almost all common oil-water separators, thus helping to reduce maintenance and operating costs.

AIR-SAVER and accessories

JORC's AIR-SAVER and accessory solutions stand for easy installation, quick maintenance, and reliable operation in compressed air systems. The product range includes adapters, service kits, replacement coils, and heating elements, enabling cost-effective and long-term plant maintenance. The AIR-SAVER is usually installed after the compressed air tank and can be programmed to automatically open and close, for example, before and after work shifts. This reduces leakage losses, lowers energy costs, and achieves a quick payback, while the slow opening phase protects the system from pressure surges. Additionally, the LOCATOR and LOCATOR-EV provide targeted leak detection.
The analog and digital JORC timers (D-LUX, FLUIDRAIN, EZ-1, and TEC-11) control the opening (impulse) and closing cycle (pause) of solenoid valves and are reliably protected against electrical power surges thanks to two integrated voltage protection elements (IN/OUT).
