Shipping and payment 

Shipping costs to Germany & Austria 

Free delivery in Germany and Austria via our online store from a net order value of € 50. For all other countries, we charge for shipping at cost. For a net order value below € 50 we charge a shipping fee of € 6.90 for delivery within Germany and € 9.90 for delivery to Austria. Our air purifiers are not available with free shipping. 

Shipping to other countrys 

For shipping information to other countries please call +49 (0) 7032/9604-0. For shipments to third countries with a goods value of € 1000 or more, an export customs document is required. The cost for the required document is € 75. 

Partial delivery

If some of your goods aren’t available from stock and you require a partial delivery, please inform us of this via the shipping method button.

Express delivery

Express shipping options are only available for orders with a delivery address in Germany. Please refer to the cost options in the checkout process. Please note that orders can only be placed and selected in the shopping cart by 3:00 PM for express shipping. For express delivery information for other countries, please call +49 (0) 7032/9604-0.

Terms of payment

New customers placing their first order will receive their goods on account. For existing customers, the agreed payment terms apply. You can view these in your account or ask your usual sales team on +49 (0) 7032/9604-0.
