ISO 9001:2015 quality management

ELSÄSSER Filtertechnik has held ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2005. This confirms our use of a standardized quality management system and therefore also the fact that we continuously strive to improve the quality of our products and processes, as well as customer satisfaction.  

DEKRA audited our quality management system on May 29, 2020. We have held this certification since 2005 and it is currently valid until July 24, 2023. If you have any questions about our quality certification, please contact our quality management officer:  Michael Acker

TOP 100 – The award for the most innovative medium-sized companies

TOP 100 is the only independent award for innovation management in Germany. ELSÄSSER Filtertechnik’s role as a “think tank” impressed the jury at the 29th round of the TOP 100 competition, earning our company the coveted TOP 100 seal in 2022. Only highly innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are honored with this award.

Innovation researcher Professor Nikolaus Franke and his team assessed ELSÄSSER Filtertechnik GmbH using more than 100 innovation indicators in five categories: the promotion of innovation by senior management, a climate of innovation, innovative processes and organization, external focus/open innovation, and success through innovation.

The evaluation was based on a 25-page questionnaire covering all aspects of entrepreneurial commerce. Our response to the coronavirus pandemic, special innovations in the past two years, appreciation and respect for employees – ELSÄSSER scored highly in all of these areas.

TOP JOB – For the best employers in the SME sector

ELSÄSSER Filtertechnik was awarded the TOP JOB seal for the first time in 2023. TOP JOB is based on a comparison of small and medium-sized companies. The aim of TOP JOB is to measure the attractiveness of employers and make this visible to applicants and employees via the coveted seal. The TOP JOB award is granted on the basis of an anonymous employee survey and a review of the company’s human resources activities. Six different focal points are evaluated: Leadership & Vision, Motivation & Dynamics, Culture & Communication, Employee Development & Prospects, Family Orientation & Demographics, and Internal Entrepreneurship. Two-thirds of the results of the employee survey and one-third of the results of the HR review are included in the TOP JOB survey. The results are then evaluated on a scientific basis and analyzed by the team led by Professor Heike Bruch from the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen.

 

CCF - Corporate Carbon Footprint Zertifikat

Ein Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) Zertifikat wird vergeben, um das Engagement eines Unternehmens bei der Messung, Reduzierung und Offsetting seiner Treibhausgasemissionen anzuerkennen. Es zeigt, dass das Unternehmen sich bewusst ist, dass seine Aktivitäten einen Einfluss auf den Klimawandel haben und dass es Maßnahmen ergriffen hat, um diesen Einfluss zu minimieren. Das Zertifikat bestätigt, dass das Unternehmen seinen CO2-Fußabdruck ermittelt hat, Emissionsreduktionsstrategien implementiert und unvermeidbare Emissionen durch den Kauf von Kompensationsmaßnahmen ausgeglichen hat. Es dient als Zeichen für das Bestreben des Unternehmens, klimafreundliche Geschäftspraktiken zu fördern und einen positiven Beitrag zur globalen Klimastabilisierung zu leisten.
