What kind of products does Hengst offer?

The company’s major strength lies in the field of liquid filtration for passenger cars and commercial vehicles for both on- and off-highway applications. As a well-known OE supplier to leading brands such as Audi, BMW, Caterpillar, John Deere, and MAN, Hengst offers a wide range of fuel, transmission, and oil filters.

Hengst has also built up an additional core competency in the field of blow-by gas purification. To minimize oil consumption in combustion engines, these gases must be filtered to remove oil particles before they escape from the crankcase. Hengst’s branded disc separators can remove up to 95% of the oil particles in these gases.

Together with the Miele company, Hengst has developed a range of filters for vacuum cleaners that includes central, motor-protection, and exhaust-air filters. Compared to conventional solutions, Hengst’s products are characterized by low differential pressure, noise reduction, and high separation efficiency.

In addition to these three core competencies, Hengst also offers air filters for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial dust collection applications, as well as various industrial filters.

Further offices and production plants are located in Brazil, China, India, Singapore, and Dubai.

In which fields is Hengst active?

Its products are primarily used in the mobility sector. However, Hengst also offers a broad product portfolio that encompasses mechanical and plant engineering, hydraulic applications and building technology.

What are the advantages of Hengst products?

Hengst filters embody the highest quality standards due to the company’s long-standing experience in diverse areas of filtration and as an OE supplier to renowned car and commercial vehicle manufacturers. Although quality usually comes with a hefty price tag, thanks to economies of scale and modern production technologies, Hengst is able to sell its products at competitive prices.

As a family-run company, Hengst can afford to buck the trend – even in economically uncertain times, it ensures that its customers have access to a large range of stock items, while guaranteeing short delivery times and providing excellent customer service.
