The FILTREC product range is essentially divided into three sub-areas:

Replaceable filter elements
FILTREC manufactures a wide range of high-quality filter elements that can replace the majority of branded filters. Each element is carefully designed to ensure full dimensional compatibility and match or exceed the performance of the original filter. All testing is carried out at our in-house laboratory in strict compliance with the latest ISO specifications.
- In-line filter elements
- Elements with low and high collapse pressures, high-efficiency media with a filtration efficiency of up to <4.5 µm (c) with ßx=1000 – also with water-absorbing filter media
- Return filter elements
- Huge choice of configurations and filter media; compatible with most commonly used fluids, built-in bypass in compliance with the OE specification
- Coreless filter elements
- Filter elements with plastic end caps as well as recyclable and eco-friendly elements
- Filter elements with ESD protection
- Filter elements configured to minimize electrostatic discharges
- Spin-on filter elements
- Spin-on filter elements with operating pressures up to 34.5 bar, with BSP and UNF connection
- Customized filter elements
- FILTREC also develops and manufactures filter elements in accordance with specific customer requirements
Hydraulic oil filters
The FILTREC range includes suction, line, and return filters as high-performance solutions for controlling contamination in hydraulic systems. FILTREC engineers work with customers to develop customized solutions for every requirement. The efficiency of FILTREC filters is validated via rigorous laboratory tests conducted in accordance with current ISO standards.
- Pressure line filters
- Available as a classic in-line filter, a switchable duplex filter, and a spin-on version
- Operating pressure from 24 bar up to 420 bar, flow rate up to 450 l/min, filter performance up to <4.5 µm (c) with ßx=1000
- Return filters
- Available as tank-mounted and various in-tank versions as well as a spin-on variant
- Flow rate up to 1200 l/min, filter performance up to <4.5 µm (c) with ßx=1000
- Suction filters
- Available as screw-on in-tank filters, classic tank-mounted filters, and spin-on in-line filters
- Flow rate up to 600 l/min, version available for wall mounting on tank up to 120 l/min
- Fluid management – filtration units
- Flow rate up to 160 l/min, portable and mobile version, elements for water separation available
- Air filters and filler breathers
- Flow rate up to 1800 Nl/min, threaded or DIN flange connection, large configuration variety

- In addition to filter elements and hydraulic oil filters, FILTREC also supplies accessories such as oil level indicators, maintenance switches and indicators, etc.
Process filters
The FILTREC range includes single, double and self-cleaning filters in which the installed filter elements are optimally matched to the medium with which they are used. Based on their experience, FILTREC engineers are able to implement a wide variety of customer requests and provide suitable solutions for numerous oil, gas, process, and coalescing filter applications. These include simplex filters, duplex filters, backwash filters as well as the SOX/DOX series in accordance with API614 – and of course FILTREC’ classic gap-type filter series.
