ISO 9001:2015 quality management

ELSÄSSER Filtertechnik has held ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2005. This confirms our use of a standardized quality management system and therefore also the fact that we continuously strive to improve the quality of our products and processes, as well as customer satisfaction.  

DEKRA audited our quality management system on May 29, 2020. We have held this certification since 2005 and it is currently valid until July 24, 2023. If you have any questions about our quality certification, please contact our quality management officer:  Bernd Schwald

TOP JOB – For the best employers in the SME sector

ELSÄSSER Filtertechnik was awarded the TOP JOB seal for the first time in 2023. TOP JOB is based on a comparison of small and medium-sized companies. The aim of TOP JOB is to measure the attractiveness of employers and make this visible to applicants and employees via the coveted seal. The TOP JOB award is granted on the basis of an anonymous employee survey and a review of the company’s human resources activities. Six different focal points are evaluated: Leadership & Vision, Motivation & Dynamics, Culture & Communication, Employee Development & Prospects, Family Orientation & Demographics, and Internal Entrepreneurship. Two-thirds of the results of the employee survey and one-third of the results of the HR review are included in the TOP JOB survey. The results are then evaluated on a scientific basis and analyzed by the team led by Professor Heike Bruch from the Institute for Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen.

CCF - Corporate Carbon Footprint Certificate

A Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) certificate is awarded to recognize a company's commitment to measuring, reducing and offsetting its greenhouse gas emissions. It shows that the company is aware that its activities have an impact on climate change and that it has taken measures to minimize that impact The certificate confirms that the company has determined its carbon footprint, implemented emission reduction strategies and offset unavoidable emissions by purchasing carbon offsets. It serves as a sign of the company's commitment to promoting climate-friendly business practices and making a positive contribution to global climate stabilization.

“Clean energy - the turbo for the energy transition!” 

Elsässer Filtertechnik is one of the active supporters of the clean energy funding program from e.optimum, which is committed to the energy transition in Germany. The clean energy movement, which is audited annually by TÜV Nord, promotes projects throughout Germany that aim to expand renewable energies and sustainable mobility, initiatives for climate and environmental protection, and campaigns for an environmentally conscious lifestyle. By supporting the funding program, Elsässer Filtertechnik is strengthening Germany as a business location and making a valuable contribution to the environment! 

We have been recognized as a sustainably healthy employer!

We have been recognized by FairFamily as a Sustainably Healthy Employer - a special recognition of our commitment to employee health and prevention. This certification confirms that we don't just talk about health, we actively live it: since 2024, our employees have benefited from an individual health budget that can be used flexibly for services such as glasses, osteopathy, dental treatment or remedies. We also promote health directly on site: an osteopath regularly visits our company - soon to be joined by a physiotherapist. This award makes visible what is important to us: a strong, healthy working environment in which everyone feels comfortable and can develop their potential.
