ELSÄSSER Filtertechnik GmbH was once again awarded the TOP 100 seal in 2025 – recognition of its strong innovative strength. The award honors visionary medium-sized companies with outstanding commitment to filtration technology. Thanks to its structured innovation management, ELSÄSSER prevailed against 364 competitors. The TOP 100 competition honors companies with exceptional innovative strength and sustainable success.
TOP JOB – For the best employers in medium-sized businesses
In 2023, ELSÄSSER Filtertechnik received the TOP JOB seal for the first time, which recognizes medium-sized companies as attractive employers. The assessment is based on an anonymous employee survey and an analysis of human resources work. Six areas are examined: leadership & vision, motivation, culture, development, family orientation, and entrepreneurship. The scientific evaluation is carried out by the team led by Prof. Dr. Heike Bruch from the University of St. Gallen.
CCF - Corporate Carbon Footprint Certificate
A Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) certificate confirms that a company measures and reduces its greenhouse gas emissions and offsets unavoidable emissions through compensation. It demonstrates awareness of climate change and a commitment to implementing sustainable business practices, continuously reducing emissions, and actively contributing to global climate protection.

Sustainably healthy employer
We have been recognized by FairFamily as a “sustainably healthy employer” – an acknowledgment of our commitment to employee health and prevention. Since 2024, our employees have benefited from a flexible health budget for services such as eyeglasses, dental treatment, and osteopathy. We also promote health directly on site – for example, through regular visits from osteopaths and physical therapists.
