Filter cartridges for dust collection

To return the air to the atmosphere, it must be filtered. Dust collector cartridges offer an efficient way of separating industrial dusts in various dust collection systems, thus protecting operations, people and the environment.

These cartridges are made of pleated filter media and provide more filtration area than hoses. They have a high dirt-holding capacity and allow extended service life thanks to pneumatic cleaning. Filter panels
Our filter panels are suitable for a wide range of industrial manufacturing processes and dust types and are compatible with all common dust collection systems. The filter panels are particularly durable and efficient in separating dust. There are different variants of the filter media, depending on the requirements of the dust. The base is a polyester medium, which can also be oil and water repellent or antistatic. For sticky or fine dusts there are membrane filters.
Our high performance filter panels are made of pleatable synthetic nonwovens and have low filter resistance, very good cleanability and excellent filtration result, high separation rates and are chemically resistant. They are also suitable as replacements for sintered element filter plates or tubular plate filters and can increase the filter area. We also offer special venturi nozzles for cleaning optimization.

Filter tubes
Filter tubes are a popular and inexpensive filter medium for the filtration of wood dust as well as in the chemical, metal processing and food manufacturing industries. Due to the various manufacturing options, they ensure optimal filtration for all applications. Filter tubes can be made of polyester, needle felt and polyamide. If required, a PTFE coating or membrane can be added to the filter tube. Our filter bags offer long service life, optimum filtration performance, low pressure loss and best regeneration behavior due to the use of high-quality technical fabrics and materials.
We offer custom-fit filter bags for filter systems of all well-known manufacturers and assemble them according to your specifications. To give the filter more stability, we can add support rings or other ring reinforcements. We also offer high-temperature designs (up to 450°C). Other fabrication options individually for your filter system are also possible. We would be pleased to prepare a quotation for your special requirements.
